“Installed OK and instructions were reasonably clear given you have to remove all the colour toner cartridges. There is a little orange clip thing which you have to remove from the WTC but the original WTC in my printer still had one attached so I was a bit bemused by this. I removed it anyway and this seems OK. The one problem was that my printer kept showing a message on the little screen that I needed a new WTC even after installation. This eventually disappeared, I think after I switched the printer off and on again. The printer is not very user friendly anyway, so I don't think I can blame the new WTC for this. I assume the new WTC is doing its job now, in the absence of any warning messages. How else could I tell?”
