“Customer service was excellent when I contacted them to say one of my inks had leaked. It did not affect any of the other inks, nor did it affect the quality of printing. I think I have found a fab alternative to named brand inks and would definitely recommend this particular product. Delivery was fast and packaging was adequate for the product.”
