“Unfortunately I refuse to pay for branded items for my computer, primarily on the basis that a full set of replacement cartridges costs more than what a new printer can be purchased for. I accept that the cartridges supplied with the new printer would not hold the same quantity of toner, but even so, it defies belief and does not make good sense. Thankfully, a number of companies provide generic toner which are not only compatible andup to the standard of that provided by the original manufacturer. I have used Cool Toner products before and they function fine for office use and in this case for my home. The print rendition is excellent, they do not appear to adversely effect the drum or fuser unit and work exactly as I would hope them to. They are sufficiently good for me to have re-ordered a further set for when this set runs low. Excellent product and worth the money.”

“I was apprehensive of buying a drum for the printer which was not a , but after reading the positive reviews I paid and waited... 3 Days later it arrived, popped it into the printer and off it went. Perfection attained and saved myself Â£29. (One tiny word of warning, the drum toner does come with a black cover and a pull out tongue to release it. Remove both and you're good to go). It's idiot proof, I did it, say no more.”
