“The cartridge lasts longer than my factory cartridges. Very pleased with the speed of delivery, price and now quality. Sad that insists on throwing up warring boxes about having used supplies in use on the printer. If they would sell at a competitive price, there would not be such a large aftermarket for these cartridges. I think needs to try a different approach other than trying to scare customers into buying their cartridges by saying the warantee will be voided and it may over heat. Imagine if Ford told you you must only use Ford gas? Anyway, as a very high volume user of the laser cartridges, I have already ordered two more. For the price difference, if my printer fails after 6 aftermarket cartridges I will have saved plenty to buy a new printer. “First black cartridge had a fault leaving a smudge down the side of the sheet. However, Customer services quickly sent me a new one, and it prints very well indeed. An excellent option, and beats the price of original toner by a mile.”
