“This product arrived in perfect time. Unfortunately I am unable to comment on its effectiveness as my current cartridge is still in use. I find it is better to by a replacement long before the old one runs out so that I do not have a gap between cartridges. Hopefully all will be well once I do need it!”

“The refills are all working fine, except the Magenta which is showing up as empty. Keep getting message from that I need to replace it. Everything is printing fine and if one colour is empty the printer won't print so there must be ink in it. This may be way of annoying me for using a different make of refill, I don't know but I will keep you posted regarding the Magenta cartridge. As you will note from the photo, all there is is an exclamation mark. Haven't replaced the black yet but will have to shortly. Anyone got any ideas as to why this should be regarding the Magenta?”
