“Unable to get the alarm set up to actually initiate the alarm, as this was the purpose of the original reason for buying the clock in the first place. I am sure the product is very good, it has a good look, perfect size and I like the colour and dimming feature at night, but fail to get the alarm to annunciation. After a struggle with the dreadful translation from the original Chinese or another Oriental language in some sort of pseudo-English language has me and others confused. The time is set, and the alarm is set, both after an annoyingly long time trying to get these right, but under no circumstances can I or others get the alarm to work”
