About Gazegill Organics:

Our family have been farming at Gazegill for about 500 years and as current custodians our responsibility to continue farming in a sustainable and nature led way is very important. We have always believed that nature is never wrong and farming organically produces healthier food from happier animals within a sound ecological system. Happy, healthy animals make better food with a traditional flavour. The rare and traditional breeds that we keep are better suited to the organic system and are slowly grown, this ensures a longevity of life based around a natural approach to farming. We love them to bits, they are our extended family.

“Delicious, thick, creamy. Mild gentle flavour. Not an offensive taste like supermarket milk. In fact this is something special. You can drink this straight without adding anything that’s how good it tastes. It did not upset my stomach or bowels, unlike supermarket cows milk. Use to make your own amazing Kefir Or yoghurt. I ordered 4 litres to test but wish I had ordered 15 litres now. Next time I’ll be placing an order for at least 10L.”

“The Milk itself is wonderful to drink, make porridge etc. If only you could order this and return in a glass bottle to. Then it would be the best, natural milk you can buy! Milk & More do that and you get a good sense of satisfaction knowing that their bottles will be reused rather than throwing away cartons that are harder to recycle.”
