“Broke after a couple of hours of use, could not withstand the very light wind and ended up bending at the poles. Only way to collapse the gazebo was to snap the legs off completely. Personally wouldn't reccommend.”

Having reviewed your order history, we can see that you purchased a 2m x 2m Heavy Duty Steel Gazebo with a yellow canopy, along with a Heavy Duty Tie Down Kit, on 12 August 2026. We have also reviewed the image provided and can confirm that the gazebo shown in the photograph is not the same model as the one purchased from us, nor does it appear to be a gazebo supplied by Gazeboshop.
