We’re sorry to hear about your experience and the frustration caused regarding your order.
After reviewing the delivery details, the initial delay occurred due to an incorrect postcode being provided at the time of ordering. This meant the parcel was initially sent to the wrong depot and required rerouting. We were notified of the correct postcode on 29th April, and once this was updated, the order was reprocessed and successfully delivered on 5th May, taking into account the bank holiday and necessary depot change.
We always aim to dispatch and deliver orders as quickly as possible, and unfortunately in this case the incorrect address details led to the delay.
