My builder erected this yesterday and as soon as we took wrapping off we noticed a big fault. There was a big split in the wood and have to say very disappointed . I have photos of you want them . I presumed because I had had it a few weeks it was to late to send back

I love it...easy to put up and sturdy when all assembled. The packaging for the screws was broken so was short of about 5 but otherwise very pleased.

Product was left on drive without knocking even though I was home. On opening package the fixings packet was split and only a few nails and screws and one fixing plate were left. Had to go to builders merchant to buy all the fixings as someone had come to assemble it for me.Not impressed.

The arbour is flat packed but the seat and backrest are already put together. Mine had a split in the wood on one of the seat slats where they had screwed it. Screws were missing to attach wooden joiners.
