Ordered this playhouse, had a query ,called the company and had a positive response. Arrived on the stated day. I was given a time frame and it arrived on time. The Guy that delivered it was really pleasant and cheerful . Everything was there . My husband had no problems erecting it . Very pleased. Only thing i added was decorative shingles to roof ,purely for my own satisfaction although the supplied felt was adequate

I ordered this play house on line, with a 7-10 day delivery time. a couple of days later, i got an email saying my delivery date will be about 27 Feb 2021 !!!!!!!!!!!!!! NOT GOOD !!! I have star rated the play house with 1 star, but as i haven't received it yet, the star is for the companies service.

My two young boys love this playhouse. The windows were very tricky to put together as the perspex was not cut to size properly. It also needs sanding down as lots of splinters. Other than that, it is well made, a good size and looks like it will last.

I spent ages picking the right play house and when I purchased this one the money came out of my bank straight away, Only for me to be contacted a week later to be told that they don't actually deliver to my area, even though I am mainland Scotland. Other websites have a postcode checker for such large items so you know straight away your not able to buy the product. Was very disappointed and in totally had to wait nearly 2 weeks for a refund.
