“I love it, took us a while to put together but we aren’t a DIY savvy household. My daughter loves it, and we have already had lots of play time and use out of it. My only small gripe is one of the pieces of wood had a hole in which we had to cut off and replace from another piece of wood. But very minor considering how lovely the house is.”

“The delivery was excellent, received texts to say when they were delivering & arrived on time. The quality of wood is very good (no knotholes or splitting) & well covered in preservative. After 4 topcoats of wood stain (to achieve colour) should last for years!! Assembly instructions were easy to follow. Although when fitting the veranda section balustrade could add "ensure door can be opened fully before fitting the left hand side". As there were more screws supplied than needed we substituted these instead of nails to fit the profiled & plain facia (front & back) which gave it a more quality appearance & also increased the grip holding the felt. All in all excellent little playhouse & good value for money - would recommend to anyone looking for one this size.”

“The delivery was poor. Waited in all day but never came. Turned up morning after promised delivery date. Not Garden Streets fault though and their customer service was brilliant, unlike Shires. All seems to be ok though, although it is not yet assembled. In general it is a good product but some poor selection of wood (with large knotholes missing) disappoint the overall effect. There was even a hole in the floor which shouldn't have passed quality control. As I haven't yet put it together, I can't comment on how easy it is to assemble but after 2 coats of wood preserver and 2 topcoats of woodstain, I am ready to go and hope it will last for many years to come.”

“Assembly very easy to follow until it came to felting the roof. Found this a little challenging as instructions weren't very clear and diagram a little blurred so hard to decifer where felt pins needed to go! A little guess work later, we have a fantastic sturdy playhouse which has been converted for a rabbit to live in!”
