“Having waited for this product to come back into stock, we were bitterly disappointed with it once assembled, as the workmanship was so poor that it was completely unfit for purpose. Returning it for a refund was not as straightforward as we might have hoped, as the first collection date was cancelled on the day due to “driver absence” and we had to chase a new collection date, and once collected, we had to chase a refund. Also beware if employing a contractor, the costs of assembly and disassembly will not be refunded, so we are still out of pocket to the tune of £500. We have given this product one star only because the review cannot be submitted with no stars at all.”

“The arbour arrived as promised mid morning of the delivery day. Between my brother in law and I it was erected within 3 hours , not bad for two 70 year olds .Looks great and seems very well made.”

“The arbour gazebo was delivered exactly as planned. Some areas needed to be sanded down but I expected that and it didn't take long. There were a few knots and slight imperfections in the wood but I think it adds character. I painted it before assembly, which I woul advise. Assembly was easy as the instructions are quite clear and took two people approximately 4 hours - with tea break!! The finished product was exactly as expected and I would highly recommend.”

“Item delivered in time frame given but have been unable to assemble as yet due to garden work being carried out and then the weather we have had but looks quite straight forward from the instructions to assemble when I get to do it.”
