“Had problems with delivery ...told 1 hour before due to arrive that no driver that day ...also still receiving texts for arrival times that was not going to happen. Had conflicting information from call agents other than mandy , on one call struggling to hear agent because of laughing and talking in the background.However did arrive next day.. Rob was helpful prior to delivery in supplying plans. Happy with the house in general ....only problem being the bottom part of one door frame not fitted square to the upright frame when door been assembled...hence cannot close the bottom as neat as it could be ...otherwise happy with the product.”
