“As far as Garden Street goes they were great - friendly and helpful. Sadly they were let down by FedEx who managed to lose the mirror (God knows how, it’s massive) so we never received it. When I flagged this, Garden Street were onto FedEx as soon as possible, and when it became clear it would never be seen again they offered a possible alternative or a refund - sadly the alternative was not right but the refund was immediate. Again cannot fault Garden Street in their customer service, but they were badly let down by FedEx. If I see something from their I will certainly consider them.”
