“The first gate I received was very poorly put together. Garden Street were very courteous in accepting there was a problem and I had no problems in sending this back and a replacement one sent (although the whole process took over a month). The replacement gate was made out of good materials but once again lacked care in its assembly which was a bit of a shame (though this one was fixable with an additional couple of nails here and there - I didn't want to face going through this process again). In short it's a good product but buy it from a garden centre so you know what you're getting.”

“Arrived on 15th day after order placed exactly as commented in a previous review. Nothing since confirmation of order even though the payment was taken immediately. Advised of delivery less than 24 hrs before arriving. Well packed and looked good on first inspection. Since preparing ready for hanging and giving further coats of protection find it is not as well made as described in fact consider it to be poorly constructed, a load of rubbish and certainly would not recommend it.”
