“Bitterly disappointed in this company. I ordered this chair for my mum who due to Covid I won’t be able to see for Mother’s Day. I ordered 10 business days in advance but the chair never arrived. My sister ordered the same the day before and hers never arrived either. After chasing up we eventually got a refund but it was too late to order something else for Mother’s Day.”
