“Chair is very good but has a very strong damp smell3 weeks after unpacking which lingers in our utility room where it is stored we dont know if this is from the canvas or the filling. I sprayed it with fabreeze which did mask the smell but it returned a few days later is still smelling very strong today 26/10 . Any advice on how to remove smell would be appriciated thanks graham morris”

Good Afternoon, Thank you for your feedback. We have been in touch with the manufacturer regarding your query and they have advised that this odour is due to the fire retardant, which can often build up when stored in the protective, plastic bag.
