“I purchased this swing seat for my wife's birthday, something she always wanted. I researched it comprehensively and decided on Garden Street because of their reviews and price. I was not disappointed. When the swing seat arrived I put it together easily, but then I am technical, and found that two of the main frames were scratched. I contacted the company, with accompanying photos, and without hesitation new one were sent immediately. I cannot rate them more highly for their customer service, which to me is more important than anything. The seat is fantastic and also makes into a bed which is very simple to do. We both love it and all we need now is the SUN. The build quality is very good and sturdy unlike some I have seen which are more expensive. I would highly reccomend this seat and this company based on my experience.”
