The item looked good, but it wasn't easy to assemble and required carpentry to make it fully operational . Not for someone without the necessary DIY skills.

Great product and excellent service. A minor issue with damage which was swiftly and professionally dealt with. Highly recommend the product and the company.

This item is a very good idea, but we had to ask for new lids as they arrived broken. They arrived promptly but did not fit properly so we had to adapt them to fit.

Good wood, very well made product. However hinges are rather small - the door blew off its hinges last night on the strong winds - can be put back together with pliers, but stronger hinges would be better. Similarly the bolt; it's very neat, but rather small and fiddly to grasp. Again a slightly larger one would be better. Overall pleased but might end up changing hinges and bolt.

Not super cheap to buy but good value. Take about 90 minutes to assemble and instructions are poor, but a grand job when together. This is my second and looks swell in the garden and hides unsightly bins.
