When this Arch arrived, I thought it to be acceptable quality, better than some I have seen and at a reasonable price. Unfortunately one of the side frames was not good, I felt that this was poorly finished and was out of alinement and the trellis was split as a result. I reported this and was pleased with an immediate response. I received a replacement side frame which came in a matter of days. Excellent Service. Many thanks

This is a stylish and well constructed addition to our garden. It pays to be well prepared before attempting to put the item together as a drill, 3mm drill bit and plenty of space are required to enable the process to run smoothly. Initially I was concerned about possible issues of stability in strong winds as the planters are the key anchor points but this has not proved to be a problem.
