“Generally satisfied with product though the contents of one of the four packs arrived VERY wet so time was wasted drying it out. Also, in these days of mobile telecommunications, the fact that I had to wait in ALL day for the delivery, with not even a 'one-hour-ahead-of-delivery' call/text is less than satisfactory service.”

“Easy to follow instructions which could be followed by one person, but much easier with two. The wood is very rough and I'm not to sure how long the 'treated wood' would last without further treatment being applied before use. Although I am sure overall the log store will be an asset, the finish of the wood and the uncertainty over the effectiveness of the preservative treatment has prevented being given five stars. Having said that, for the price, it is well worth considering if you are in need of a large log store.”

“Does what it says on the can... Some of the wood was rather 'furry', so not sure how long it's going to last - a number of the slats were very wet inside the packaging. The store was provided direct from Rowlinson, so out of Garden Streets control. Service from Garden Street was fine. Worth noting that this is the same product wherever you buy it from, so you can either pay £135 from Garden Street or £199 from B&Q :-).”

“The log store was very easy to assemble and although the instructions recommended 2 people, I was able to assemble it on my own. It is also very good value for money for the size of storage it creates.”
