“This is a very good product, comfortable and sturdy. It is more expensive than many, but the high back and contoured seat and back put it in a different league from most that we've seen. The wood is lovely, very attractive and seems very durable. Our only problem was assembling it. I managed to burr over one of the allen key bolts and could not drive it home properly. I think on reflection I was not careful enough in reading the instructions and following them to the letter, but I was surprised that the bolts were not more robust. (The manufacturer was happy to supply me with a replacement bolt very quickly and without charge.)”
