“Well it arrived and my daughter and I put it together - we noticed a scrape in the wood and reported it but we were told that a replacement would be sent out by the company but my daughter and I would have to undo all our work and may weaken the frame, so we declined the offer but we didn't even have an apology that this had happened in the first place. The seat is lovely. The seat is lovely though”

“Product arrived when expected, it’s good and sturdy, did have some slight cosmetic damage, presumably from transportation. We emailed the company about the damage and they did offer to send out new pieces, however it didn’t affect the seatings stability so we just went with it. Overall enjoy sitting out on it, on a nice day.”

“Very nice and comfortable seats. The width of the center table and angle of the seating is good and the wider 50cm seat base is better than most wich are only 45cm. The construction is in hardwood and very well built with recesses joints which makes the overall structure very ridgid when assemented. This is great value for money and as good as many far more expensive options. Very im pressed and planning to buy a second set for the garden.”

“The assembly instructions could have been a little more detailed - we had to phone the helpline for clarification but after that everything was fine. I'm delighted with the companion bench and it looks lovely on my decking.”
