“I received an email saying the item was now in stock, so I can order it. Ordered it within 2 minutes (and website said there were several in stock). 1 week later still hasn't been despatched according to website account info, so I emailed to check. Days later I get a response saying "courier company will contact you directly about delivery date" Days later nothing, and still showing as not despatched, so I chase again. Within one hour of chasing, the website status is updated to 'despatched'. So I assume all ok, and leave it for another week. Nothing, so I chase again. I'm then told, "oh there must have been a glitch as your item hasn't been despatched. Nor is it in stock." Total waste of time and a string of glitches from start to end.”
