“Despite showing In Stock on the website, this item was in fact out of stock. Garden street did not inform me of this until I rang to complain my order had not arrived after 6 working days. Even then they said they didn't know where it was and they would chase it up with the delivery people. Clearly this was not true as the next day I received an email apology saying it was out of stock and would I like to wait to wait a month for more stock or have a refund. I requested a full refund and this was promptly given, so all credit there, but very poor communication initially.”
