“Unfortunately the screws that came with the guttering were not long enough to fit my shed. Other than that the product was fine. I emailed Garden Street to request a return and refund. I didn’t get a response so had to follow up with a phone call. They agreed that I could return the product. What they failed to tell me was that the manufacturer could have sent out longer screws. I found this out after spending £30 to send the product back. Parcel Force tracking indicates it was received back on 20/4/22 but I’ve still not received my refund despite emailing. I’d suggest purchasing this product directly from Halls because Garden Street customer service is very poor.”
