“Only half of Kennel delivered. Order placed 24/5/17 still not received 13/06/17 Was prepared to wait but customer service do not keep you up to date, which makes you think they are dealing with the issue but not following up. The carrier appears to be blamed for non delivery. Want me to wait for my refund until the carriers pick up the HALF KENNEL which was delivered. Does not make sense, If you can arrange for a pick up why not a delivery?”
