Suitable for all wood types with good adhesion and resistance, it has a quick drying formula that means your surface is touch dry within 90 minutes. What is Protek Royal Exterior Finish? A high grade water-repelling timber treatment, Protek Royal Exterior is a preferred choice for customers across the country. With a choice of 56 colours, the hard-wearing mix contains a mould inhibitor to protect the coating, and is low in odour and low VOCs. It is perfect for both softwood and hardwood products, on both horizontal and vertical surfaces. Protek Royal Exterior complies to EN71 parts 2 and 3, which relates to safety assurances over children and flammability. This unique formulation is water-based acrylic and alkyd hybrid that incorporates a polyuerethane dispersion based on linseed oil - a renewable resource. “Order placed 26.4.18.delivery company collected 3.5.18.Delivery was made on 4.5.18 which I missed,no phone call from Fed ex.Only details on card left re missed delivery was time call was made and route no,no tracking number on card so unable to find.When I called Fed ex lady said can not help you without tracking number.Finally Parcel arrived 11.5.18 after much difficulty getting information on where parcel was on 9/5/18.Missed bank holiday to use paint.Disappointed”

“Great consistency, two coats gives a solid rich colour yet shows the grain pattern. Great price, would highly recommend this from an application point of view. It's a bit too early to review its longevity and protection as the summerhouse was only painted last week!”

“Not used this particular 5 litres yet, but I will be painting our 7 foot by 7 foot Summer House again this year with the product. The Summer House was put up two years ago and the outside given three coats of Protek Royal in the same colour. It has lasted extremely well and kept it's colour fresh. Very impressed with the coverage, the original tin gave three good coats, with some left over to double coat some planters.”

“Have not used this product yet as I am still awaiting the summerhouse, but the product was a very good price much cheaper than my local garden centre, and very speedy delivery too . So Many thank will order from these people again.”
