“Dissapointing start as item was damaged. Phoned company immediately and advised item was being returned. Customer service was very helpful and a replacement was despatched that day and arrived next morning in perfect condition. I am really pleased with This Item and was very easy to assemble. “Ordered planter as it was a good price. Arrived in good time but one end piece missing. Contacted Garden Street who were very helpful and immediately sorted a replacement part which was promptly delivered. Put together quickly and easily and looks great and feels very sturdy.
