“This purchase didn't go as planned. Initially I was sent the wrong bird table through a stock picking error. I was subsequently sent the correct bird table (with the company kindly offering for me to keep the original one sent to me in error). Due to this delay I missed my mothers birthday (it he bird table was to be her birthday present). When I received the replacement bird table I thought my problems were over.. But alas they weren't.! The table I ordered was shown in the company's website as 1500mm tall. I wanted a tall table so that my mother could see the birds from her kitchen table. But the table is in fact just 1008mm tall! I have given up complaining about this order but I do suggest the company changes the specifications shown for this table to avoid any more problems.”
