“I was somewhat perplexed by the 'drop and run' style of delivery of this item, given that I had been patiently waiting since early morning. Still, it was delivered. In this day and age of Internet shopping one expects items to be delivered with some level of damage, and in this case I was not disappointed. The items were all there 'but not necessarily in the right order. The back board, which is the largest item, was damaged and had come apart into separate bits. Unfortunately this was not a matter of just putting it back together because the manufacturers had stinted on the wood and one needed to construct a jig to get it back together. That was a couple of hours wasted, though it did confirm my suspicions as to the level of craftsmanship and standard of materials. Similarly, I had to re-drill some of the holes because they were out of alignment. I can do these things and just take them as part of the trade-off for Internet shopping. I also did a quick search and discovered that Rowlinson is actually located in Cheshire and not in China as expected. Therefore, I would expect a higher level of stapling skill to be applied to the construction of the back panel. Of course, it may be down to the insouciance and tight time-schedule of the carrier, or something else. It's just that I am getting slightly jaundiced by having to constantly repair things that are delivered to the door.”

“Sturdy, well constructed and full of useful 'bits' The best potting table I have seen in terms of size and use. It is a great addition to the garden and certainly good value for the money. I would rather pay a little extra and have an item that will stand the use it will get than have something that will not last too long and does not feel strong enough to work on”
