“I didn't actually have these goods. I did place an order which after it was accepted I was informed that because they would be despatched direct from manufacturer I would have to pay £48.00. I declined to pay this amount as it was more than the cost of my goods. I would suggest that this should be clearly marked on the website to save wasting time.”
