“Not very well made, canopy keeps getting stuck. Have emailed the company, had a reply back within a day or so, was told they would speak to the right person / department, not heard anything back since then and that was 2 weeks ago, so not very happy will not be using this company again.”

“The build quality of this product was not as expected. When we were building this product a number of big holes had been drilled instead of small holes for the canopy , good job my husband was able to drill and find a way around this so that we could hang the canopy. This was a manufacturing fault. Some of the plastic stops don't fit over screws etc. Instructions for this product need to be clear not easy to follow, perhaps you could label the plastic bags inline with instructions. Once you eventually get it up it looks great. You just need a lot of patients, not for the faint hearted. Carol congleton”
