“Poor customer service. I sent two emails asking for an eta for fence panels ordered four weeks ago, which were supposedly in stock. After a week I got a reply asking for my order number and email address ? I replied straight away and heard nothing after seven days, so emailed them again and have had no reply to date, another ten days ! I still don’t have a clue when my goods will arrive despite this company taking full payment four weeks ago for goods that were clearly Not in stock. They should be upfront and tell customers these goods aren’t in stock.”
