“I won’t lie the delivery firm were really unreliable and didn’t even show up on the day, no phone call or anything. After 32 days it’s arrived and it’s very solid. There where 4 holes that were not pre drilled but it didn’t take me more than an hour to assemble. I just had to clamp on the back support and drill the holes through from the legs with an 8mm drill bit, wasn’t the end of the world. Really pleased with it and would recommend.”

“Never arrived, poor (as in none) communication from seller following several emails chasing and asking for update. I am reasonable and if I had been kept informed it would have been sufficient as I get that things don't always go to plan, just let your customers know!! To pay for something, and then not receive it within the specified delivery window and then have to chase with no response or explanation is not acceptable. Raised a dispute with Paypal and received refund. Would not recommend based on the experience I have had..”

“Item: 4 stars Delivery: 2 stars Pros: Really lovely looking garden seat. Seems very solid. Comfortable. Cons: Was a little tricky to put together as some of the holes needed to be redrilled as they didn't match up. Also very tight fit to get the roof on. If you're not prepared to do a bit work, I would avoid. Also one of the seat chains had more links than the other and one of the cup rests had come off (had been fitted badly with screws at wrong angle). Delivery: Unimpressed by Garden Street's communication. Delivery promised within 10 days, but had to chase Garden Street for date as on the 9th day still hadn't heard anything. Courier (JBT Distribution) then gave a date, but didn't deliver on date promised and didn't get in touch with an update. I chased both courier and Garden Street. Finally got the item 3 days later and Garden Street only got back to me 3 days after I took delivery.”
