“Honestly, a regretful purchase. Had high hopes for this item. The wood came with growing moulds on them despite description alluding to it lasting a long time. Cheap wood. Came with no instructions. It's still unfortunately not be set up in the garden.”

“After a few years and much research I finally decided to take the plunge and purchase a garden swing bench. I fell in love with the Antoinette swing bench, so that is what I purchased. Pleasing to the eye, looks amazing. Holes were pre drilled and assembly was super easy. However... product cheaply made and totally not fit for purpose. I couldn’t put a washer on with one of the bolts because the washer would not fit in the gap next to the brace. There are a couple splits in the wood - not surface cracks, splits! When assembled, the product looked odd. Odd because it isn’t level! It’s not fit for purpose because the bench cannot swing. It cannot swing because the seat hits the back brace. It hits the back brace because it’s not level. If the pre drilled holes were drilled appropriately, the seat would miss the back brace. The pre drilled holes made the product unfit for purpose! I’m sorry I purchased and have asked for a fit replacement. Failing this, I will ask for a refund. Personally, I would avoid. This product should not have left pre delivery inspection!”

“Disappointed with quality control of item.As some of the bolt holes didn’t align and had to be adjusted making it difficult to erect.Also end back slat on roof had been forced from its fixing due to bad packing,and blue paint from the pallet is on side of seat.”
