The Premier Solid Forged Edging Knife by Bulldog is a sturdy tool designed for edging lawns and borders. We believe that our solid forged edging knife is the only one made in this way. The thick forged blade makes it much stronger than normal edging tools. This style will help you to cut through roots and other vegetation hiding below the surface of any lawn edge. “At first glance, you may think that this is an expensive piece of kit. Think again. It actually represents very good value for money. You get what you pay for. If you were to buy another one for half the money instead of this one, it could well break (probably where the blade and shaft are fixed together). So now you have to go and buy a replacement. Now you have two choices: 1 - Buy the same one you bought before again 2 - Buy the Bulldog solid forged one If you go for the first option, you will have spent the same amount as buying the Bulldog in the first place but still with the risk of another breakage from the inferior product. Going for the second option means you now have a decent edging knife but have paid alot more money. So, buy the Bulldog one in the first instance. It's much better value because it's very unlikely to break so you'll probably only ever have to buy one in your life. It's solidly built; the blade and shaft, and the handle which is comfortable to grip. You won't regret buying it. And, no, I don't work for Bulldog.”

“Very well made, unbreakable product. Did the job without problems. Quite expensive but you usually get what you pay for. More information regarding delivery would be a benefit. Web site said it was awaiting dispatch when I received it. This was purchased from Garden Street”
