“Poor customer care after order. Broken parts promised 'next week' by both email and tel. Took nearly 3 weeks to arrive. Package left on driveway ({no one in at time) with no paperwork left from carrier. No communication whatsoever from Garden Street during waiting for replacements. Would have ordered other things but not a good experience.”

“This is a comment on your web sale process, rather than the product which is fine. Disappointed that even after the product had arrived unexpected and unannounced on 25th May, your website was still showing "we are processing your order". It now shows it was despatched on 1st June.”
