“Very disappointed with the product. Contacted Garden Store before purchase to ask if slats retracted for storage in the winter. Particularly concerned about this as we live in a particularly windy area. Was assured by a member of staff that the slats did indeed retract for storage. Item was purchased on this basis. Paid for item to be constructed and installed. Left the contractors to it and on returning home was told that the slats were in fact fixed and would not retract. In addition, only 1 fixing bolt was supplied for each foot of the structure. Phoned company to complain and was told the only redress was for the item to be returned which we would be charged for!! This was after 3 phone calls to the company. All in all not a positive experience and we would not use or recommend this product or supply company.”

“Great product although when raining it doesn’t keep the rain out because the roof slats don’t meet perfectly. It would also be good if sides were available to purchase”

“Love it! Just what I needed! I was in the market for a gazebo but didn’t want one that would look cheap and flimsy, this one is perfect solid and great finish! Ordered Thursday came Tuesday (would have been Monday if the courier could for it in his van”
