“Preparation of the site added to the construction time did exceed 12hours as a one man band. The roof section is the weak link in the structure with too great a span for the unsupported wide section. I did reinforce the roof with three metre length batons attached by being screwed from the outside of the roof. Overall a challenge completed with immense satisfaction. Good value for the money.”

“We are very pleased with the arbour although it was not too easy to assemble. Fitting the back panel was quite hard with two of the screws obviously visible. We intend to hide these screws with a strip of trellis. Despite this as we said before we are extremely pleased with our purchase and consider it value for money and would recommend the product to family and friends.”

“Wasn't in the best condition when delivered. Had to contact supplier to replace a cracked upright and had to use filler on some parts. Quite difficult to start with as all parts had to be drilled and some were not finished properly. Downloaded a review from a previous purchaser, who gave some excellent instructions and made construction easier. Now finished and painted, it looks very good, but more instructions with delivery would have been helpful.”

“The order was easy to make and the delivery was quick. The two packs are heavy and the delivery driver kindly brought them round the back of the house. When we opened the packs, however, there were no assembly instructions. Lots of pieces but no instructions! Full marks to Garden Street for replying to my email enquiry within minutes and attaching a PDF of the instructions. We just need to assemble the arch now!”
