“The quality of this Gazebo is good but the sizing information on the website is insufficient. I bought a 2.5m thinking this was the frame size but it is the roof span instead. It does not fit the area I need it for and I have had to write to customer services for help. They are not available and working from home so I am still waiting for help”

“Product arrived across two different days which I wasn’t told about but no major issue. Upon putting this up we noticed we had missing BLACK curtain hooks. Emailed customer services with pictures etc and after chasing 3 days later they finally agreed to send missing parts. Imagine my surprise when I received WHITE curtain hooks! also a different type to the ones that come with the product. I had to buy more off eBay! Also the product did have slight damage to one of the posts due to the tie straps that they seal the box with... clearly the straps had been used to pick the product up and in doing so dented (only slightly) one of the posts. Upon telling the company about this they just said they would pick this up with the couriers. Overall great gazebo just let down by poor customer service”

“Delivered with a damaged part, emailed them replacement part sent which was in a worse condition than the original, love the gazebo but unfortunately not happy with the service.”
