“I ordered two of these one for my mum and dad and one for me. We put my one up a couple of days ago and was very disappointed with the canopy as it has one of the loops broken on it and threads hanging down on the front .... I am going to contact them to ask for a new canopy replacement as the rest of the swing chair is great .. I’m hoping that when we put my mum and dads up it won’t have the same problem”

“Company failed to fulfill the order. I had to chase the order up after 20 days, despite them taking the money from my credit card. Shame as now the item is completely out of stock anywhere”
