“Very impressed with the quality of the product, good finish to metal parts. Roof panels seem a bit flimsy, but as yet no problems with them. Metal structure is good and sturdy. Good, clear, concise build instructions. Really quite impressed with it overall, better than anticipated, plastic caps to cover bolts are a nice finishing touch. No gutter downpipes are supplied, so these need to be sourced separately.”

“Arrived on time. Assembly instructions could have slightly more information in them, but my husband and myself managed to erect the 2.9 x 4.3m with just a third pair of hands to get it onto its second pair of legs. Four of the roof panels were incorrect and re ordering them on the web site proofed simple till it would not accept a telephone number. After much frustration and several attempts I added the international code and the order went through, not something you immediately think of on an English web site. Took about 10 days to get the replacement parts.”

“"Do not buy from here" On 23rd May I ordered the Palram Martinique gazebo showing in stock with 14-28 working day delivery. After numerous tweets and emails for updates where told will check with warehouse etc. to see where it was i gave them ultimatim of either receive by Mon 20th July or money back. Status changed to despatched n 13th July then received email on 14th July to say unfortunately damaged in transit and no further stock expected! On 15th July reordered this from Palram through Amazon and on 17th July received it in excellent condition and super speedy delivery. If Gardentstreet had been honest enough to say they couldnt obtain it then it would have been fine but by fobbing us off with excuses it has resulted in this bad review”
