“Great sturdy product. Takes time to put together but is very well made. Had this for 2 months and use it all the time. Even sat outside in October with the patio heaters on. Wished I'd got one years ago. Made a massive difference to how we use the garden. Very pleased with it. Would highly recommend”

“All arrived in one huge box. Excellent delivery guys and communications all the way. Finally put up and very good instructions ( please read over and over and identify all the bits, it helped me and no mistakes). Looks lovely, very sturdy and looks very expensive. All in all an excellent buy at a very good price.”

“Faultless product. Well packaged. Easy to assemble. Looks really good. Only criticism is on aftersales service with Palram Applications themselves. I wanted advice on adding an additional part side screen. No response received at all via Palram's customer service contact system on their website.”
