This is an amazing cover and has made my outdoors so much more enjoyable and useful. “I placed an order on 28.09.20. On checking around 16 days later for an update on delivery. I was advised this would be looked into and I would receive an update. I received an email on 21.10.20 stating- Unfortunately it appears this order was not picked for delivery due to a stock allocation issue which resulted in no stock to pick. Our apologies for this as we were not advised that your order had any issues. This item is currently out of stock, and we don't currently have a restocking date for this item, although we are hoping to have this item back in stock this year. Should you wish to proceed with the order we would ensure it is sent out ASAP once back in stock. Alternatively, due to this error, should you no longer wish to proceed with this order we can cancel this for a full refund. Our apologies for the inconvenience caused by this order. We look forward to hearing from you soon. Very disappointed with this as it has taken nearly 1 month to realise there was none in stock. Although what I can say is I cannot fault the customer service via phone. Both people I spoke to were very helpful, apologetic and I will receive a full refund.”

“I love this elegant looking canopy in my garden. It’s every bit as good as I had hoped and the product well made. Perhaps you could offer installation also as it cost a fortune for my builder to put it up. Nevertheless it’s a really lovely and useful addition to my garden.”
