“I have to say that once built, the kennel looked pretty good, although it did take me a good 5-6 hours to assemble. My main issue is that my dog, a medium-sized lurcher, broke out of it within 20 minutes. I had taken great care to build it as per the instructions and used extra wood to complete the missing roof eave, but my dog easily broke through the mesh, which was not well fastened to the frame (by the supplier, not me) and escaped. He could have easily hurt himself on the edges of the mesh so I have concerns about using it in future. At over £300 I would expect something secure. It is effectively now useless as I can't see how I can fasten the mesh to the frame, so may have to board up the two mesh sections entirely, leaving the dog in the dark - not ideal.”

“Missing pieces, wrong pieces, poor quality wood, unsympathetic customer services and generally not worth the money. Shameful”
