“Good quality solid Chairs and quick delivery”

“The table is unusable as it arrived broken in two places and the arm of one chair was slightly damaged. I was offered £60 discount for the damage to the chair but they made no mention of the table. Despite numerous emails pointing out that the table was unusable as a leg was completely split and another hinge part was broken, they are not even replying to our emails or calling us. I still want an answer as to what to do about the table. I appreciate that people are working from home but the service is appalling and I would advise people not to purchase from them.”
