Other Key Features UV Protected Double Door Latch Ground Anchoring for Maximum Strength Skylight Roof Panels By Palram, the 6ft x 8ft Skylight Plastic Shed offers an array of quality features, and the practicality of a plastic shed. The metal framing hosts polycarbonate panels, to give a maintenance free storage solution. The magic of this shed (as with Palram's range of skylight sheds) comes in the polycarbonate panels. These are designed to withstand high impact collisions, as the force of such impact is absorbed through the elastic nature of the plastic. This makes it ideal for those looking for a long term, low maintenance storage solution The design of the model is based on wooden sheds, through apex roof styling and mock horizontal log design to the exterior. The amber colouring also helps to maintain a natural feel to the shed. This is the third time I've written a review because my original one was not posted. The shed looks good. Took two people to assemble it but it was straightforward enough. My husband is happy with it.

Finally assembled a year after purchasing. Done as a one man job with only the door frame side requiring multiple pairs of hands. A little pre-assembly advice of parts in the instructions would be helpful. Happy with my purchase.

The shed was relatively easy to put up as a two person job. Although the panels at first feel very flimsy, once braced and fitted they appear sturdy and hard wearing. The feature of the skylight gives the shed an all round brightness, and increased storage space as you can use all of the wall room without factoring in windows. In comparison to a wooden shed I would hope this will be maintenance free and last for as long, if not longer, than the wooden variety, but time will tell. All in all an excellent purchase which I am very pleased with.

The shed arrived within two days and at a great price. Installation was relatively easy, but the tight space meant that the roof had to be installed in a rather unconventional manner... The shed colour is nice, blending with our yellow brickwork and oak fencing. One thing that could be improved is the choice of sizes: a 6x9 would have fitted perfectly.

Relatively easy to put together, althought tight spacing made the roof a little difficult. Water-tight after heavy rain, so pleased with construction. Colour works in our garden and shed fits well beside the garage. I would like to to have had the choice of a 6 x 9 size as this would have filled the available space perfectly.

This shed was reasonably easy to put up with the help of my 2 daughters it was up in 6 hours. Once built it does seem sturdy even though the polycarbonate panels look flimsy out of the box but I am quite optimistic that it will last quite a while. The floor panels do not sit flat as other reviews have stated and have been a trip hazard more than once, it is a bit expensive for what it is and it doesn't have the solid feel of a wooden shed but overall I am pleased with it.

Good shed, it’s quite fiddly to put up and you definitely need two people but once it’s up and bolted to flags it’s quite sturdy.

It looks very nice when up, but I'm not sure it's as strong as it makes out. Rained hard and no leaks. You would be best having an electric screwdriver and you apparently need silicon or caulk for the seam on the roof joint. Light panels are good letting good light through in the day. Overall for the price I (my wife loves it) am pretty pleased now it's up. Time will telling it's durability.
