“Have no idea whether parasol is nice or not. An internal error meant that my parasol never arrived as it went out of stock, after my payment was processed. I was offered a refund but decided to wait for it to come back into stock. Automatic email notification alerted me it was back in stock however after enquiring immediately, my response (over a week later) stated another error had occurred and it was out of stock. I have since cancelled my order.”

“Unfortunately I am not able to offer a review of the product as after having placed the order and waited almost a week for it to arrive , I was e-mailed to say that the product wasn’t in stock. Money was then refunded. ( Fully appreciate that we are in challenging times, and I’m sure that this is not an accurate reflection of this Company under different circumstances), Bit disappointed none the less.”

“Given as a gift . The recipients are absolutely delighted with it in every way , Including the fact that there is a protective cover . It is a lovely colour and the jewel decorations make it very special to look at.”
